All Roads is the vision of the Toscana Restaurant Group partners, including Luca Crestanelli and Marco Longinotti, both from Nella Kitchen & Bar in the Santa Ynez Valley. To bring their creations to life, we are thrilled to welcome Bar Toscana Executive Chef Justino Quirino who will manage the kitchen.
It all began with a vision by the partners at the Toscana Restaurant Group. Captivated by the rustic charm of Roman-style pinsa and the vibrant pinserias of Rome, we set out to introduce something entirely new to our collection—a "polished casual" dining concept that would seamlessly blend the flavor of fine dining with the laid-back atmosphere of a casual eatery. Our journey led us to the bustling streets of Rome, specifically to the Tor di Nona neighborhood, where an intriguing piece of graffiti caught our eye: a whimsical flying donkey.
